252 Chester Stevens Road – short sale – a “new” old short sale listing in the Ivy Glen subdivision (neighborhood listings). This one had a spell on the market in August/September 2011 as a short sale too. I’ve updated my preliminary title search but it still reveals the same nightmare. Seriously, some of these liens may no longer be valid due to the dates of judgments however, there is a single mortgage lien holder for $421,600 from April 2007, 3 judgments from various financial institutions for $3,283.53 (11/12/2009), $6,983.09 (9/1/2010), $2,386.24 (5/26/2011) and an HOA lien for $527 from October 2011. As with all nightmares – the end is the worst part of all – a $24,145.68 Federal tax lien.
